On May 9th we made the city center of Arnhem
(The Netherlands) vibrate, dance and sing
with joy, freedom, love, togetherness and courage
as we performed our version of the
Danser Encore Flashmob there.

Dance Of Union
Take my hand
and dance
with me
To the rhythm
of our breath
Move with me
within
The harmony
of our
heartbeat
Fire stirs up
Skin to skin
Chest to chest
Bodies
merge
No barriers
left
In this dance
of union
And we dance
and we dance
And find
Stillness
in movement
Silence
in sounds
Closeness
in distance
Emptiness
in fullness
You in me
And
me in you
And
We dance
And
We dance
In a dance
That
never
ends.
Take my hand
And dance
with me

Home Is Where The Love Is
I am on my way home
Meet me there
Meet me new
We are
Without a past
Dance this sacred dance
with me
Of sun and moon
And yin and yang
Home is where the truth is
No need to lie
No need to hide
Hearts with open doors
We’ve always been
And always will be
Naked in each other’s eyes
Home is where the love is
where my soul
meets yours

Lisboa, Queen Of My Heart
The blue sea smells of sardines
The land is scented with saudade
Waves of memories
roll towards me
I dance my way through Alfama
And will write my own history
Sounds of Fado take me with you
To comforting Portuguese ground
Into the heart of faith and fate
What will be will be
with no doubt
Let my tears merge
with the water of the Tagus
Let my soul flame o meu amor
I will be the queen of myself
On the hill in the castle
Ready to receive the king of my heart
Let me discover the truth of a treasure
I will embark the ship of my dreams
Let me raise my glass to good fortune
Let God be with me when I go overseas
Lisboa, city of light
Always have your arms wide open
To allow me to return back home
Though there can be stormy waters
I will never lose track of your shore

Not Too Late
In the streets
Underneath the balcony
Bars are open
People talk
We no more
A guitar plays
A melody of ours
Church bells ring
Announce a late hour
At which there is
Still a song to sing
Laughter to hear
It might be not too late
If we only keep on dancing
Till the morning hour
