It’s time to say NO
and instead of being loyal
to a system or another person,
just to be loyal to my heart
that knows and feels
if there truly is a YES or NO

For every NO
to someone,
to a situation or a thing
that does not serve
is a big YES to myself
to you, to us and to our love
