You have your home in my heart
In my castle of love
Deep in my core I carry you
In the centre of me you reside
Where the poetry springs from
The home fire burns
Where my passion for you pulsates
through my veins
and drums me alive
A home that is blessed
Where you just can be you
Where it is safe
to be naked and vulnerable
Where you rest and recharge
And where your girl
is always there for you
with wide open arms
to welcome you home

I do like the lines:
‘Where it is safe
to be naked and vulnerable’
There has to be that space when two people who love each other deeply where there are no boundaries in what can be talked about, so that all can be bared and the fear of vulnerability vanishes. I think it also works when both are comfortable, the flow should not be only in one direction.
Nice comforting and embracing lines Marieke 🙂
