I walk with you through your
photo album
as we travel back in time
So many you’s at different stages
of your life
The height and the expression
may differ,
Though your beautiful eyes
that connect me to your soul
and tell me your hidden story,
never change

And when I see all those you’s
I feel their struggles, their joy,
their loneliness, their search
and their pain

I give every you a kiss
From the small one
to the one that you are today
Every you, at every age
I hold dear in my heart
And may every you know,
I’ve been with them all along
