There you walk on your path
Your footsteps light
Like you said a farewell to old times
and found new ways to go

You painted your sky
in pink, red and purple
And even the stars dance
While the world unfolds itself
like a blossoming flower
on the horizon

As you walk towards the light
you are not afraid no more
to go off the beaten track,
to leave the paved roads
My image in the sky that leads
your heart and directs your feet
