A Deep Breath

And with a deep breath
I put the mental chatter to rest
And move into my heart space

I break the chains with
disturbing thoughts and
stories of the past
To make a new future
in this moment

There is gold to find
within the heart
when I lift the veils
to see the truth
As here in this moment,
in this breath
there is love
and there is you
