Do you put them in the suitcase
of your heart
so you always have something
that journeys with you
to remind you of love

as I find her
if she connects me to you
and breathes pure poetry
and melodies into us
and even alchemizes
our tears into art

Do you find the muse
as I find her
or does she find us
here in our shared land
even if the mind
is narrowed and closed
she finds her way
to our hearts

swings, losses of autumn
the tree of love for you
only grows
higher and higher
and fills the air with hope

this morning
when my feet made poetry
when I showed you every piece
of the dancefloor
moved you through
rhythms and melodies
I held me, held you
by dimmed light
while outside
trees danced along with us
in wind and rain
Did you come alive
when you heard
the music of my heartbeat

one step
to crack
the mirror of illusions
to pull away
your fears and projections
and to see and hold
me

through this night
to dance the sleeplessness away
to dance dreams
big and light
to dance moon and sun
through the dark
and dance our way
to the dawn

without being spoken
in every piece, every corner
every depth and high of me
