There are different ways
of contact
There is the talking and the listening
The writing and the reading
There is the eye to eye
The body to body
There is the direct and the indirect
In closeness or in distance

And there is the contact,
There is the knowing that
we are in contact always
Our thoughts that talk with each other
Our feelings that exchange
Our dreams that interrelate
Our hearts that communicate
